FINAL SALE POLICY

Because every Curator Club watch is individually sourced and selected for the member’s Collector Profile, all Curator Club purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds based on personal preference.

If the incorrect watch is delivered or the watch arrives damaged in transit, the member must notify The Watch List within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the watch, packaging and shipping materials. Any authorized return must use the prepaid shipping label provided by The Watch List. Refunds or replacements are issued only after the returned watch has been received, inspected and authenticated.
